This page documents original creators whose work appears in our store, the licenses under which we use those works, and our policy on trademarks, copyrights, and takedown requests.

Rustic Layers 3D Creations LLC is an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party brand, rights holder, or franchise referenced on this site. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for descriptive or nominative purposes.
Where designs draw inspiration from popular culture, we comply with applicable licenses and platform policies and avoid using protected wordmarks or logos on product listings, packaging, or marketing unless expressly permitted.
Copyright & Licensing Summary
Design Sources: We create original models in-house and also work with independent artists who publish designs under various licenses. When a design requires attribution, we credit the artist below and link to the original listing.
- Permitted uses: As stated by each designer’s license (e.g., commercial allowed, attribution required).
- Restrictions: We respect “non-commercial” terms and will not sell prints of those designs.
Typical license types we honor:
- Custom commercial license granted by the designer
- Creative Commons variants (e.g., CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC BY-NC)*
- Platform-specific commercial use terms
* If a license is “NC / Non-Commercial,” we do not sell printed copies. Designs under NC appear only as personal prints or are excluded from our storefront.

The table below lists designers whose models or derivatives appear in our shop, together with license terms and links to their original pages. We update this directory as designs are added or removed.

Designers: if your preferred attribution text or link changes, email us and we’ll update promptly.
Product-Level Attribution
When a design requires attribution, the product page includes a line in the description noting the designer and a link to the original source. If a listing is missing or needs a correction, please notify us and we’ll fix it quickly.
Trademark-Sensitive Content
We avoid using protected trademarks or logos on product titles, images, or packaging unless we have explicit permission. References to well-known characters or franchises are descriptive only and do not imply endorsement.
Report IP Concerns (DMCA / Takedown)
If you believe content on RusticLayers.com infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a notice containing the following:
- Your name and role (rights holder or authorized agent)
- Contact information (email and mailing address)
- Identification of the specific work claimed to be infringed
- Exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears
- A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury
- Your physical or electronic signature
